30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, please ensure the following:
- Item is in the same condition as received.
- Item is unworn or unused, with tags.
- Item is in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase or receipt is provided.
How to Start a Return

Once your return is accepted, we will provide:
- A return shipping label.
- Instructions on how to send your package.
Note: Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at thediykits@gmail.com so we can address the issue.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants).
- Custom products (e.g., special orders, personalized items).
- Personal care goods (e.g., beauty products).
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Note: Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for returns.
Exchanges
To exchange an item:
- Return the item you have.
- Once the return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return the order within 14 days, for any reason, without providing a justification. The returned item must meet the same conditions as stated under the general return policy, including proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, you will be notified if your refund is approved. Approved refunds will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Note: It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
